Also, when a judge wants to see some photos and documents based on a case, the bailiff will come to you and hand in the photos or documents to the bailiff in order to give to the judge. Don't go and approach the bench unless the judge wants you to.

The court will make reasonable allowances for any disability or handicap. In your case, ask the clerk or bailiff if you may stand at the rear of the court room until your case is called due to a physical handicap.

You can't have a friend translate for you? What if your friend is the Court certified translator?
@danielelleker
@danielelleker 6 лет назад
Translation is not a matter of knowing to speak two languages with relative or equal fluency...in a legal process especially a translator has a lot of responsibility to translate effectively and accurately, which is complex for anyone who speaks more than one language as many terms are quite technical (in terms of legal language and procedure). Having a translator who is competent in legal terminology in each language, and who is certified to be able to do this...could make a lot of difference for a person's interests in court...both in understanding and being well understood. Friends and family may be biased in ways or lack knowledge to provide a translation that is as helpful as it can be. A trained translator, for instance, will only translate a sentence or (more commonly) sentence fragment at a time, to maximize accuracy...this is why people who need it truly deserve to get themselves a qualified translator for legal purposes.

It isn't easy to follow courtroom etiquetee these days. NEVER EVER 👗 up in Punk Rock, Gothic (resulting in fear that'll go into the 💛s of other people) or *****y clothes that expose inappropriate parts of the body which include navel mainly innie or outie, genitalia, booty, etc. 👍🏻 if you agree even though courtroom etiquette isn't easy to follow and obey properly at the same time.

why take away a friends desire from translating for me?
@danielelleker
@danielelleker 6 лет назад
Because they are not trained, they are biased (they are your friend), and likely will serve you less well than a qualified impartial translator. Family and friends are great for support but we don't just hire a friend as a lawyer because...a friend isn't always the best lawyer who will get us what we need. Translation and live interpretation between languages is a skill that many have, but that does not mean a skilled, trained and qualified translator will not give you something much better that you should feel able to rely upon.
@danielelleker
@danielelleker 6 лет назад
Their desire to support you...not a problem at all. But get professionals to do translation/interpretation, as this is a skill quite beyond being bilingual or multilingual.

SECURITY SCREENING - Section 8 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms provides everyone in Canada with protection against unreasonable search and seizure. This right provides Canadians with their primary source of constitutionally enforced privacy rights against unreasonable intrusion from the state. Typically, this protects personal information that can be obtained through searching someone in pat-down, entering someone's property or surveillance. Under the heading of legal rights, section 8 states: “ 8. Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure. ”
@prostheticballerina

There are many, many exceptions in Canadian law to this right. The appropriate exception here is the safety search.

Try what i did. Ask the court to prove any legal jurisdiction within the criminal code of Canada. Everything in a courtroom has to be proven so why will no lawyer or judge answer that. Ask who is making claim. This requires the court to state a name or entity thats claiming you caused them palatable injury or damage. Something to understand the court is a crown corporation that is enforcing government rules, another crown corporation. This is clearly a conflict of interest and a violation of section 11 of the charter of rights and freedoms, the right to a fair trial. When in court it should be a tribunal. This requires 3 parties, the plaintiff, the defendant and a mediator who has no financial interest in the outcome. So who is the third party ? there never is one because the court is playing plaintiff and mediator of a bench trial that only the judge can rule on. Think about it. If the judge is the mediator and the crown prosecutor is the plaintiff and both are employed by the same corporation thats only 1 party. Our legal system was set up to prevent what is going on now. It required 3 parties but the justice system has become so corrupted that rights are ignored and basic human decency is left in the gutter.

At your Trial, the Judge will ask you if you are the named individual ALL CAPITAL LETTERS BIRTH NAME on the complaint, and your natural response will be to answer "yes that's me" but that is exactly what you don’t do! Show your Birth Certificate and respond by stating: "I am making a Special Limited Appearance on behalf of the defendant who is right here" hold up your Birth Certificate! Then state: "As I understand this process Judge, the County Attorney or the Police has leveled a criminal charge with the Clerk and against the TRUST, using the ALL CAPITAL LETTERS NAME that appears on this BIRTH CERTIFICATE! The use of capital letters is dictated by the US Printing Style Manuel, which explains how to identify a CORPORATION. The Clerk, who is the ADMINISTRATOR of the CESTA QUE TRUST, then, appointed you Judge as the TRUSTEE for the TRUST and since neither of you can be the BENEFICIARY, that leaves me and therefore you are MY TRUSTEE! So as MY TRUSTEE, I instruct you to discharge this entire matter, with prejudice and award the penalties for these crimes to be paid to me in compensation and damages for my false arrest!!! ----- That's it.. Be calm and confident , Don't let them fool you with anything else.

When addressing the judge, speak in any other language than English. When you get reprimanded for not presenting a translator, politely accept the penalty which will be over-turned because as Canada has an English For A Second Language policy as hilarious as that is, it would be the government's responsibility to have on-duty translators for every language on planet earth for every court proceeding simply because you cannot penalize someone for not having English as a first language especially in a country where a business owner can be closed down for being rude to customers who barely speak English yet feel free and open to be as rude as fuck.

Be careful with identifying your self...remember this video was made by a lawyer, all they are after is your money, take the position of beneficiary, before the judge or prosecutor takes this position from you.Never trust a lawyer they are out for one thing only believe it.

Last time i've turn my back and walk away z courtroom towards z judge while she was still talking to me, coz according 2 me, she has NO right of telling me what ever she want, remember, she must apply the law, not making her own, not using a supreme court as her kitchen, and mostly not 2 apply her fellow judgements 2 all cases, its like a general practitioner doctor apply panadol to all symptoms 2 all patients, even cancer one's.
