It's called karma, she ruined his life, so she is losing hers seems like poetic justice to me. As for the family they all ended when they kicked out OP and he should continue NC, OP has made a new family that he can actually trust. OP should live his best life and never look back.

Most he could probably do is sue her for the money his parents gave her, but that may be a hard case to win with no paper trail showing the money was meant for him.

because there's no evidence at all in this case, it will end up my words vs hers. and in this case, the female victim will be more believed by everybody else. there's a reason false SA allegations were very easy things to do

Just report for false accusations, SA means there was definite struggle, meaning there must be evidence like perpetrators skin and hair on victim's body and clothes, scratches and bruises, etc. Not to mention the fear of being caught lying should be enough to make someone confess the truth.

2:57 It's fair to say that it's really hard to get a PhD on STEM while working. Can be done, not ideal. That said, there are A TON of scholarships around the world that will fund your entire degree up to food, accomodation, and extras (which are not even that hard to get), so she also does not need her father, or to work, for that. And since she surely had teachers who taught her of all those options, if she still wants money then it's not for that. She has ulterior motives.
Wait a sec- Jade was 4 years older than OP The average age to finish college (and then get higher education) is 23-29 This would mean OP was about 19 at youngest and 25 at oldest. If OP was 19, it doesn’t make sense for him to commit SA, and if OP was 25, then OP might have been in college or something like it. Anything between those two ages would mean OP was in college Jade’s story was obvious bullshit, and that was a stupid family.
Your uncle should have come to terms with you exposing the truth and either stayed silent or expose the truth his damn self once he sent that email. Fact that they even forbid him from staying in contact with his friends makes me think they knew damn well what they were doing was fucked and were trying to stop him from acting on it. They only called on him when they thought all the ill goten gaina were gone and she had nothing left for him to take back, so they could try to guilt him into still not acting on whay they did to him.
11:50 Again, outside the US there are A TON of options in which they will actually pay you for getting your Master's and PhD degrees. If she had money to travel around the world she had money to start her graduate studies abroad without paying a dime.

@@memeking7273 Not the case. I personally got paid to get my PhD without working and without the need for my family support. The few times I asked for money it was because I did want something and I did not want to pay for it. I was transpartent about it with my family and they did help me in those situations, but it's not like I needed it. It's more like I wanted to be spoiled a little. And I am grateful to them for that. Again, from those options most of the time you don't need to work and study in a formal sense. In some cases you have to be an assistant teacher in the university and help with some courses which is part of the experience you want to have to get your PhD. But that is not your typical work. In my case I didn't have to do even that.
@@memeking7273 It would not have required her to work and study. The only requirement is to fund her trip and do the migratory procedures. And get accepted, which again, is not that hard. The truth is she didn't even plan to continue her studies, she just wanted money. In the end she got a college fund she didn't even need and didn't do anything with it to actually continue her studies.
Not just outside the US. Im in a PhD program in STEM, and was advised bybprofessors on numerous occasions to never get a PhD unless the University paid you, or you got a fellowship from another organization. Its standard practice to pay STEM PhD students
So I'm not American thus I don't understand why exactly, in situations like this, the person accused of SA doesn't just call the police and force the "victim" to get checked? Just the threat of calling the police on yourself should be enough for most sane people to question the validity of the accusation. Would doing this instantly but the actual victim (OP in this story) on some registry or something? Or are people just not realizing they have that option?
He would still live with the stigma of having been accused. Sadly here in America even if proven innocent by accusers own admission of lying there are Many who would still treat OP as if he was a predator and guilty. The fact that such an accusation was made even if disproved would be out there and could keep him from certain Job opportunities as well. @@Rwp019 Hmm yeah I can see how in this particular of situation, where the accusation stays hidden, doing that would create unnecessary problems. But we see many stories about people who already got accused so in that case I don't think calling the cops and revealing the false accuser would cause the accused any more harm. The stigma would still exist with other people but you would be able to salvage your reputation with people that matter and have something on hand for jobs (even if some may not care about the truth). Still a shitty situation to be in no matter the case. Nonetheless, thanks for the clarification.

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back
