@@PRECIADOR lol actually it has to do with how people feel about there personal space. I am a hugger. People used to get mad at me because I'd ALWAYS hug them. Something I'm comfortable with. Has nothing to do with my moral compass. I've met people better and nicer than me who would react the same way, especially In a neighborhood like that. You never know what someone intentions are. In fact that would be the easiest way to get pick pocketed by strangers, just letting one come up and hug you because he says he knows you
