This video shows 12 Covariant Robotic Putwalls operating simultaneously at scale at the 500,000-square-foot Radial Trade Port 2 facility.

For this deployment, Radial turned to Covariant to help automate the picking process for an important health & beauty customer. Health & beauty items are notoriously difficult for traditional robots to pick, sort, and pack, given the often odd shape, small size, and fragility of the SKUs.
Using cutting-edge AI Robotics technology, the 12 Covariant Robotic Putwalls pick 100% of the customer’s SKUs at 425 PPH with high accuracy. The putwalls help Radial to more flexibly scale their operations up or down based on high demand, such as during peak season, with less dependence on manual labor. Radial continues to expand its use cases and scale.
