I was a seaman for more than 20 yrs and even some part of europe has beggar,snatchers and homeless people.My point is metro manila isnt just a poor city . Have you been to metro manila and where are you from?

Actually thats not true. Foreigners can only own max 40% of company in the Philippines. Sadly this is the case and reason why the country is slow to develop and other countries are booming.

Property Club agree at some point, but I guess Philippines has had to endure several colonizations from many foreign invaders in the past, that’s why that law was crafted that way, to protect it’s own citizens. we dont care if we dont get rich, as long as we have freedom as a people who were born in the land. but if you’re foreigner and you want to live and make a living here, no problem, just marry a local, it will help you merge with the customs & culture of the people, and become part of them.

Thats why its market is the ultra rich. Not ordinary citizens. Its the same anywhere in the world.
