Cyrille Regis vs Everton on the last day of the 1984-5 season to keep City in the First Division (great escape season). Kilcline headed over to Regis who headed in. I was at that game.
big oggy for scoring a goal from kick out against shitefield wednesday if i remeber correctly ? that was back in the day ..correct me if im wrong but we'll still sing together...
Missing. The goals from the 4-1 FA cup win at Orient in 1973, and the 4-2 home win v Everton in December 76. I don't care how good the goals were, I'd like to see them again (they were both on BBC) as they mean so much to me, and one day will also do so to all CCFC fans when the club disappears.
Now, or in general? Too many to choose from, over the years. My personal favourite is and always will be Dion Dublin. Best goal scorer and leader we had for a long time.
Tommy Hutchinson was pure class, Dion Dublin was a wonderful player and Robbie Keane was fantastic. Out of all our great players, those three are true shining stars.
