Lol at the people saying Chloe is mean to Halle - what are you expecting? For them to always smile and hold hands? Lol. Anyone who has an older sibling especially one who's just two years older would understand their relationship. Some people might find it surprising that being "mean" to your sister is how some show love, its how I am with most of my family but ofcourse I love them.
