First, focus on what you have to do now, which is to complete your 11th effectively. Final Exams of 11th doesn't matter too much so don't run over for getting marks in school exam, rather try to complete backlogs and complete your 11th through arjuna itself, and don't stress about 12th from now onwards!

my sleep cycle is totally messed up......raat mein 12 baja so jata hoon par nind nehi aata aur subah 8 baje uthta hoon......allen dlp mein 550-600 aa raha hai avhi nd kabhi kabhi marks ghat jata hain to demotivate ho jata hoon kya karu?

Whatever you have just read it, cut the topics in old ncert which are deleted from your current syllabus and add those ones which are newly added! I had my old one, and it did the work for me! (350/360)

@divyachatters It's 2025. You can't have any one of your subjects to be weak if I consider your 12th to be strong, your chemistry and biology of 11th should also be strong enough like that (520/540 acc to neet). Coming to physics of both, let me assume you fear it, so what you should do is to ignore physics until rotational motion in 11th and start very, very strong from gravitation until waves and complete it. For the 12th one, it's just a start. The chapters and syllabus here are way way easy and high weightaged (30 Q in neet physics are from 12th from past 3,4 years) so even if your 11th one is weak pay less attention to that than this (12th)!!! And yeah, learn, revise daily to daily till 4th May 2025. I'm pretty sure you can do it if you want to!
