Hello world. This is my COVID experience. June 12, I woke up with a pounding headache, sore scalp, 102 fever, joint pain, muscle pain, slight nausea, loss of smell and taste, and fatigue. That was the beginning. This onslaught of symptoms remained for 9 days, ending with hospitalization and bronchitis. My oxygen levels were ok. I didn't need a respirator. I could not stand for more than 10 minutes. I wasn’t eating. I lost my appetite completely. I lost ~ 15-20 lbs. in 10 days. The feeling that I had was unreal. It was like nothing I have felt before. My body was vibrating from the pain and fighting the virus. This is as real as it gets. I consider myself one of the healthiest people I know, yet it took my body 14 days to fully recover from this virus. It was a foreign feeling to me. My body simply did not know what to do. My body put up a good fight. On day 9, fever subsided, and I began to feel like my body was winning. I started to walk around, do some yoga and force food down. Surely but slowly, I recovered feeling better than ever.
Know I understand the fragility of our elders and people with pre-existing conditions. Stay smart. Take all precautions, whatever that means to you.
This is a clip I took while quarantining in our camper van the first 7 days, which was rough.

You will recover just fine man! I just got tested this morning but have been in bed for four days with fever and headaches. First days were bodyaches too but they seem to be less now. Also no shortness of breath just a very light cough once in a while. Also headaches come and go along with the fever. Thought I was clear this morning. Then slept for a while. And now it's back. Mine could of course just be the flu (really hope so) but just thought i'd share my progress. Good luck man. This will make you stronger and appreciate life more!!! Frans (age 43)

I wish you a speedy recovery, spite feeling terrible you seem fairly positive. May the universe bless you with unconditional love, strength at mind and peace at mind. Hang in there, don’t let your mind “F” you.

Have you had your vitamin D levels checked? I've seen several recover well that were taking certain nutrients before they got sick. Lot's of research on it.
