We need to implement a Vaccine passport requirement. I live in Jefferson parish but refuse to frequent any public indoor venues. I go to New Orleans to dine. I eat out every meal. All my dining and entertainment dollars, all my tips on the the checks and all the tax dollars go to Orleans parish. Jefferson parish gets zilch.
