Most red meat is loaded with antibiotics and hormones, and fed with grains. I get sick and even hives when eating such red meat. On the other hand I feel amazing eating grass fed/finished red meat. So the association with red meat is highly misleading because the antibiotics can be immunosuppressive.

I don't remember him ever having a cold or flu. He had late onset diabetes but even with that, he live lived into his 90s. My mother by contrast seemed to have a permanent cold. She seemed to catch everything going around, and I mean multiple colds annually. And she passed away in her 70s. Why the stark difference? Who knows? Luck?

So the alternative to sunlight is a consumer grade or medical grade NIR devices will work. As an expert in light therapy and 25+ years of use including research I recommend 30 minutes of exposure directly over the lung space on the back, front and sides of the chest. Also over the abdominal region for the same time to have even more autoimmune effects. Certainly stimulation of acupuncture points will also improve immune response. I use class 3B as a clinician and recommend that is you can only get class 2 LED diodes use it, it will still work, just not as awesome as a clinical unit.

@trevordsouza2420
@trevordsouza2420 6 месяцев назад
@@jestificated there is no research that I know of on consumer junk. My understanding is that they are class 2 devices vs class 3B or IV. Most research is done with class 3B and with actual lasers. Many moons ago LED was determining to be about 20% less luminous than Lasers. So it is not as effective in the same amount of time, so you can do it a little longer to get the same effect. Not the case between class 2 and 3B. The consumer stuff can’t do what I can do in two minutes, even if you spent 30 minutes applying it. That being said the tech is solidly based in healing science and works, just not as good as a clinical model.

I have multiple chronic tick born infections. The year I made the biggest improvement was when I got an annual pass to a local hot spring. I would go once a week and soak for 2 to 3 hours. I would make sure to soak my head as long as I could tolerate it. After each session, my brain fog would disappear, my body would feel lighter and I would have so much more energy. Now I live farther away from a hot spring, so I do my best to draw the hottest bath I can and add a bunch of Himalayan or Redmond salt. Soaking my head is the most important part for reducing brain fog.

We do have chronic parasitic infections in the US. Babesia is much more prevalent than you think. It is a common tick born infection. The blood supply is hopelessly contaminated with it. My doctor gives me an ivermectin script to always have on hand. HCQ is also very helpful for Babesia.

@@ChrisPBacon-vf2dz No, Paxlovid has nothing in common with the anti-worm drug. This is nonsense spread "virally" by deniers. The studies that claim efficacy for ivm were mostly faked (esp. the studies from Egypt and Argentina) or done so shoddily to be worthless. Paxlovid's efficacy is a separate issue than price gouging by its manufacturers, but that's a political problem, not pharmacology. I've been doing these things from the beginning. Never needed the jab. Nice to see you coming around. Good info except for the anti-meat comment. Mediterranean diets contain meat. Looking at all available RCTs for diet, there's no conclusive evidence that meat is bad. The few that show bad are flawed and based on association. Diabetes and obesity were a risk factor, and those are caused by plants ONLY. Carbs/sugar/starches elevate glucose, insulin, raise triglycerides, cause fatty liver, cause the metabolic switching to fat storage, and cause obesity and diabetes. Cut carbs, eat meat, and get healthy.

I've heard a 650 to 800 nm is good. Will there be certain kinds to avoid? Do they have to be very expensive or will budget lamps suffice if they at least have the proper wavelength? It's interesting. My 40 year old daughter is overweight, smokes cigarettes, smokes weed, Vapes both, drinks a lot of alcohol, doesn't have the best diet, is plagued by both anxiety and depression, for which she takes medications, and has a terrible time sleeping, Works in a very busy restaurant, but she's only had covid once, and it was pretty mild . She is vaccinated, but I think her last booster was 2 years ago. I am 65, below normal bmi, former smoker, have cvd , not vaccinated due to history of adverse reactions when I was a kid, I mask diligently, eat very clean ( not plant based) , and I've had covid 3 times. Fortunately didn't need to go to hospital. Took paxlovid last time and I do believe it worked ( this was 3 weeks ago), I'm grateful for it, but I've read it's now been found to be only around 37 percent effective. In 2020 I took ivermectin and it DEFINITELY helped. Take all the supplements suggested here, except the quercetin. I continue to mask, but I'm pretty sure that one way masking isn't 100 percent protective, which makes me even more disgusted by the selfishness of most humans .

We have both been exposed on many occasions to family inside the home and friends stricken with Covid19 and have managed to avoid becoming ill until recently. We are both grateful for your wisdom. Fortunately, we experienced relatively mild disease, 48 hour low grade fever, headache, fatigue, mild sinus pressure and waves of nausea without vomiting. The only symptom which persisted after three days is intermittent nausea. Do you have any recommendations with regards to probiotics? @@Medcram Stop with the nonsense. It's recorded history of its effectiveness. 230 million times more powerful than any bought and paid for gold standard trial. Just compare Uttar Pradesh to other Indian states that didn't use the med. How could you guys possibly hide behind this gold standard nonsense, when we have real world results? Some states abided by the WHO's recommendations not to use it. And the differences in COVID cases, hospitalizations and deaths between those states were staggering. The Indian Bar Association has sued the WHO on those recommendations, saying it has resulted in the death of millions. And this is a very important part of the story. Because a body of lawyers are not going to court without the evidence to back them up. So there is no doubt this med worked extremely well. How could you possibly ignore the history of this life-saving med? Geez, what's next, you gonna say it didn't cure Africa of river blindness also? You backtracking, reminds me of what the Indian government did, in withdrawing their recommendation of this med because they started producing their own vaccines. And what good would a vaccine be, if there was no longer any pandemic? It's diabolical. Please don't follow their example, you're better than this. I have followed you for years, and you are throwing it all the way on this silly reasoning. Many meds have gained approval without passing gold standard trials and you are well aware of this. And I'm not even going to bother to point out there are 47 RCT's on it,... with it excelling as a prophylactic.

Rebound is when the adaptive immune system has kicked in. You have viral replication phase, which makes you feel crappy, start feeling better then the immune system kicks in and you can feel like crap again. It should be noted that taking high doses of NAC daily could supposedly result in problems with the mucosal parts of the gut-lining, as NAC is a quite potent mucus-disolver. It is kinda harsh on the stomach and gut in general if administered chronically - I think it should at least be advised to take it with food/on a full stomach for that reason. That aside - great video, as per usual! Wish there were more people like you, Doctors at heart! EDIT: Quercetin (if it is well sourced and in a bioavailable form) can supposedly be used as a less risky zinc-ionophore instead of HCQ/IVM. I found the same effect taking Ivermectin. Anti inflammatories need to be tapered off for this reason.
