Cowboy Caviar Recipe (aka Texas Caviar) A MUST TRY RECIPE!!!

Cowboy caviar is simply a side dish....think of it as Pico de Gallo with some extra goodness. Great with grilled/seared meats, on top of nachos...basically use as a salsa.
How to make corns stock: • PERFECT Homemade Corn ...
Ingredients:
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 shallot
1 lime zested and juiced
2 heirloom tomatoes
15 oz canned black beans
15 oz pinto beans or black eyed peas
1 ear corn worth of kernels (great roasted with garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper)
6 mini sweet peppers
4 serrano peppers
1 bunch cilantro
1 avocado
Salt and pepper to taste

Such a great recipe for the upcoming summer season. Basically this is a salsa that is awesome on nachos, with chips or served as a side. Lots of great ingredients that are in their peak flavor. What are you using yours with?

Yep, it's basically that. I'd relate it more to Pico de Gallo with corn and beans added to it.

@@LogansInnerChef agreed. I make this same "salsa" and similar all summer with garden peppers and tomators. Good stuff. Now for next level taste ferment it. To be fair I've never fermented mine with beans in it but I've fermented other similar salsas. Sooooo good fermented. You may never go back.

@@Thee-_-Outlier I've done a fermented salsa using the vacuum sealed bag method that's on the channel. Very good like you said. I'll be back doing more fermented recipes soon.
