Tore my left right at the bone a few years ago. Was back to full duty at four months, and starting pull-ups again at 6 months. The caveat to that is I went to PT three times a week for 6 months AND did my at-home exercises religiously. Sure as hell wouldn’t try to ride a bull one year after though! Good on him if he can!

I never met cerrone but he was always my all time favorite fighter and I could tell how much helpjgnthese kids means to him so I hope he recovers quick and he’ll Atleast now he will have more practice time. I wonna thank both you guys for making a difference jn this world.

As someone who just went through a torn bicep (off the bone). It will take him awhile to recover. I'm on month 5 at 41 years old. It's a humbling injury for sure. Sucks for Cowboy and everyone involved.

Not gonna lie, im kinda happy he aint getting on him…i mean he sees the level of bulls hes getting on, and cant get by…that bulls bucked off the worlds best week in and week out…to think its even possible is insanity…cmon cowboy, we love ya man, dont want to see you get fucked up for no reason? I rode bulls 12 years, and in the prca and pbr…it dont just come in 50-60 bulls…you gotta get on 100 as fast as you can, says gary leffew, before you can even work about making conscious moves and corrections…21 days straight of making the same moves before they become muscle memory…this aint a once a week, type sport, like fighting, you gotta be in there daily, hours a day…
