fun fact: last year my sister’s high school band played this and the woodclappers things broke at the end. everyone in the audience just made a reaction plus the guy who had the instrument. it was great.
I love everything about this piece of music so much but this is the highest quality version I could find on RU-vid and I wish it didn’t take 18 seconds to start playing
Mario and Michelle Santiago me too! I play clarinet, and my friend plays bass clarinet. She sits right next to me, and I always smile when she plays it!
Mario and Mitchelle Santiago As a bass clarinet I love it but since I am the only one in my entire school I have to play it alone. And our Bari sax player lost his music and it was the original copy. So from like 50-70 I play alone... definitely not enjoying it. BUT I GOT THE PART DOWN ALMOST PERFECTLY.
i love doing the trill in 3:40 but at 4:30 is where i need a round of applause to the trumpet doing the horse whiny solo! its so good 💗 my fav part out of all the things flutes play is def at 4:10. at the tempo we're at its really hard 💀
I had the whip and sleigh bells. it was a cake walk till the end and i had to switch between them rediculously fast without making too much noise with the sleigh bells. 😂
Thomas Jefferson I have to do that I play French horn and I want to end it all XD it’s so hard like it’s not even funny me and the other French horn are dying but we are giving it all we got
Complete Chaos I played a piece that was written for a college and a middle school :P notes and rhythms aren't hard, it's how you play them that separates good from bad players
It gets easier with practice, I struggled with it at first as well. I found that if you play the Eb fingering so that you press the key below your middle finger instead of the side key, it makes going from the Eb to the D a bit smoother with the sixteenth notes. Hope this helps!
