Absolutely, totally, spaggetti as it is, one of the best westerns ever made! Saw it as a little kid enjoyed it as much then as I do now in my 50's . Brilliant.
Brought back so much memories when I eventually found this film. I always remembered Terence vaguely, so I searched and searched many years. It wasn't until two years ago during the pandemic that I spent hours looking. Trying out search engines for the movie's title name in various forms, as I forgot the name of the film, and the two main stars. Wished they'd have shot this in 30mm film, so that a blue-ray copy would be remastered in all 4K glory!! We'd all buy that in a hurry!
This movie is like a member of our family. Every time "They Call Me Trinity" came on when I was young, my big brother would always get us together for the night of nights. We'd have the pillows and covers laid out on the floor, right in front of the TV. The Giant bowl of popcorn. Then our eyes will be glued to the screen. B & W. There was no such thing as color. With this movie, there was no need. This went on for years. I can remember even watching it together in my teens. We still love this movie. And I think that it is a pure treasure. 😀
There are so many good movies and if you understand German I can only recommend the German versions. It's even better. There are legends in Germany and the synchronisation is much funnier and epic.
This is "They Call me Trinity"; one of the best from Terence Hill and Bud Spencer, In my opinion, Terence reaches his finest in "My Name is Nobody" with Henry Fonda. Beside the ends being missing, it seems that there are a couple of places that were missing also.
the great thing about the internet is being able to watch a movie while barbasoling nose hairs, going back to re-listen n' watch over and over, watched over and over, thank you
Watched this movie at the drive-in when it first came out .. seen it a couple of times since but after watching it again here think it really brilliantly written and filmed and among the best of the best comedy western movies spaghetti or Hollywood 👍
Been years since I’ve watched this movie loved it as a kid. Had an old tape with this movie and the two missionaries. Loved that they kept the same dub crew for a lot of their movies.
As a Korean myself, this is the best Western film I've seen in years! Some Western films are relatively boring to me, but this one tops the cherry of all other films! 😂
As a kid i watched it on the German television on Saturday late in the evening because the Dutch television didnt broadcasted it in those days. 2 Bandits who never hurt other than with there fists....a golden couple were they on the screen🤙
I got hooked on these when I was about 13 sometimes they would have dusk to dawn showings at the drive-in theater. I always stayed when they would show these movies. Plus when they had spook nights especially the Dr Phibes movies with Vincent Price.
the German dialogues are by far the best. has of course many German idioms, but the jokes they tell each other in German are insurmountable. . . . it would be worth learning German just to see these films with these two......By the way, I am a Greek who just knows German since my childhood (I watched the movies as a child and I am 50 now!). . . now , having seen both the English and German versions I can assure you that in the German version , it's like watching another movie with lines so cool and funny , that might not be so successfully said in another language ( they have of course added extra German idioms to the dialogues . . . This is exactly what is lost in the English version !!!
Everytime I watch these series of movies but tbf to both Terrence and Bud I LMAO galore.. "What did u say about my old lady"?? Then Bud gets thecall to go to help his brother in the saloon.. Bud tells the old boy to take the guns.. "Shut the Door"! "Lock IT"!!!! aH MAN i'VE NEVER LAUGHED SO MUCH AT A REACTION FROM THE BAD GUYS BUT TRUTH IS IT WAS HILARIOUS WHEN BUD TELLS UR MAN TO LOCK IT.. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh Lord thank u for these guys. They're the funniest bunch I've ever seen in a film. Even the idiot Major is class..
Great story, so many variations, looks to be real story actually happening around me while I was seeing this video, free flow of words, no stammering, full marks for all conscious efforts made
I remember seeing their films as a kid at the cinema, they would put them on before the main film. We used to run around and play while the films were on. Fun times.
This movie has such a unique flavour, its not trying to hard, it is humorous and not obvious, very enjoyable, I initially watched it back in the 70's and loved it then, I noticed nuances this time that I missed in the first viewing, really really great film.
Wie kann man eine Legende von Film mit einer gefälschten Syncro ins Netz stellen? Damit beschmutzt man den Ruf und das Ansehen von Legenden. Das Video wurde gemeldet.
The best movie ever I allways watch these two guys may God bless their soles their movies never get old and I never grow old watching them. God bless them
I think 'Trinity Is Still My Name' is better and so much fun, but this is the runner-up. I used to watch these with my grandpa when I was a kid. The punching sounds are great, lol.
A propper classic (watched this as a child, on holiday in a sleepy coastal village, the lpace was showing these videos in an outdoor theatre restaurant in the evenings)
Terrance and Bud where the Best when I wase a Kid back in da Day watching after all these years 😂Brings back old memories once upon a time 😢. I miss those days
Everytime I made baked beans for lunch for my kids... I would play this movie. They absolutely loved it. I first saw this movie when I was about 8 years old. Its the best westen ever!❤
As a huge Terrance Newman fan and a huge One piece fan I can't help but think Oda is a fan too its like watching Luffy sit and eat while nobody's try to mess with him 😂
❤❤❤😮. I saw this way , way back at a Chicago area theater when they still showed double 😳 feature movies ! Looking back now, these two characters were perfectly cast in their roles. Bambino as Bud Spencer, the older, more seasoned brother, and his younger brother Trinity, Terence Hill, were two cowboys nobody wanted to cross! Trinity was faster than lightning with his guns, and Bambino would whup anybody who went up against him or his brother! I read that both have passed away now, sadly 😥.
First time seeing this but long time fan of westerns. When Trinity is in the bath, the music playing was also used in the original red dead revolver for ps2, when you're walking around the town of brimstone. Brought back good memories hearing that little tune.
I found this movie 2 years ago on a different account got me into spaghetti westerns but the Trinity series is what got me hooked on Terrance Hill and Bud Spencer movies loved Go for it and Double Trouble
Terrance Hill and Bud Spencer. Love all their movies... It's hard to find them in good Video format quality.. " Except for My Name is Nobody" on DVD... and Bud was not in that one... Always searching...
I know right It truly broke my heart here just what a monthor 2 back when Bud Past and Terrance has had it rough as well when he lost one of his Children but either way these 2 men will forever be immortalized and Loved immensely They will always be my Idea of a real Cowboy Hero forever Known as The Right & Left Hands of the Devil.
Without these old movies, people wouldn't have Quentin Tarantino movies to watch. He loved these old movies and used so many things from them in his movies.
