Parents teach your kids how to act in public smh. The kid kicked the man, and they're walking. Don't say anything to the kid. And you see why these kids are misbehaving. A simple touch don't kick would suffice.

In the UK if you tell your kids off or punish them there's always someone who has a moan at you for doing it it's always someone who likes to stick there nose in, or someone who hasn't got kids,

I've seen these video's in Europe too, but these kids behave much better, and when they don't they're corrected by the parents. Not so much in Australia, there they get a hug, because the poor child is so shocked.
