On a holiday, a lady took her child to an amusement park to play. While waiting in line at the ticket exchange, she noticed a stray cat curled up in the crowd. Being fond of cats, the lady abandoned their plans and decided to take the poor cat to a pet hospital. The doctor remarked that the cat's condition wasn't too good, prompting a series of physical examinations. After more than 20 days of hospitalization and treatment, the cat underwent a significant transformation...

Oh wow. I’m a 55yo man who normally doesn’t get too upset about much but stuff like this where it’s a helpless animal - has me in tears. Thank you to the lady who found this little kitty and to the vet team for taking the time to care for these beautiful creatures left for dead by others who don’t care. I think I get upset as you can’t explain to the animal they’ll be ok and that they actually matter. They often look like they’ve given up on life and all hope, then they end up with you and your wonderful veterinary team. I love your work! All the best from Australia 🥰

That kitty has a very distinctive voice. I'm sure she'll make a very good pet now that she's out of her seemingly hopeless situation. It's good to see that not everyone passed by without helping an animal that was suffering.

I hope the kitten had some toys during those 30 days and some cuddling and exercise. So a lovely woman to have cared that much to bring her to the vet. What a lovely and adorable kitten!

The kitties life was saved, however I can't help but notice how small that cage is and how close the food bowl was to the cat litter. Cats like to bury their poop, so I'm sure some of that litter got in the food bowl. So small in fact the poor cat had to lay in the litter box

It's actually really important to keep them on quite a small space like this when they're in this poor of a condition. It may seem inhumane, but it's to prevent them from hurting themselves or the person handling them when removing them for treatment or examination. Similar to keeping babies in a bassinet as newborns with no blanket. The benefit greatly outweighs the risk or inconvenience to the cat. ☺️

@wooliewisp the litter box was too close to the food and the cat had to sleep in litter as well. This doesn't help in the healing process

Please don’t scruff a very sick cat that is weak and vulnerable. The cat is not fighting you so don’t scruff it. It’s hard on a grown cat. Lift it with kind, gentle hands when you need to. Thank you for saving this lovely kitty.❤

@@ismbksIt's how they picked the cat up in the very beginning, by the loose skin on the back of the neck, and it's actually not recommended as it causes pain, discomfort, and stress even in healthy cats. Its not really a "negative Nancy" comment, but a good bit of feline care advise.
