your english is good! and this is so relatable! my country ( singapore ) went back to online zoom lessons and today is the last day for semester 1 for us and zoom made me lazy and i had no motivation to study, complete homeworks’ and even shower! and this video helped a lot :)))))

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Yay, I was about to make it to the end! I finished 2 assignments. Whenever I feel like giving in, I would look up and see you study and the timer and I would procrastinate on resting saying "ah, it's just a few more 42 minutes left. I can continue doing it" and I did it. Thank you for this video ❤️

It's like you r studying with me all this time and I feel like I am in the private tuition or school studying with my friends but better cuz I'm in the peace and isolation of home. I was going to do 3 hours of Bio tonight, but was feeling very unfocused and ended up scrolling through tiktok. I decided to play a 1 hour study with me video and focus for an house and got a section of Bio done, which is much better than no sections of bio, even if I had wanted to get 3 done. It's okay to not get as much done as you wanted to! Just work for an entire hour and see where you are. It's better than nothing! Hope anyone reading this has a good day/night :))

I decided to take a short nap after I came home from class. Unfortunately, I hit snooze too many times and slept for 3 fricking hrs. I woke up feeling demotivated and regretful, but I could not regain the time I had lost. So instead of droning and sighing, I thought it would be better to at least study with complete focus with whatever time I had left. And thank goodness I found this video. The rain sounds and piano music immediately gave me a sense of peace. Thank you @cafe.studyy !

Some days I don't have many energy for doing something. I was depressed, fed up with my motivation but just sometimes. I had to balance of something. It's super hard for me to do it. Now I was ok but not much yet. However, maybe everything are quite great. So I just enjoy the moment not overthink about it. Everything will be okay! I always remind me that ❤️❤️❤️❤️
