I’ve been married for 50 years, that’s a lot of meals. I am always looking for new meals to make for my husband and I. You inspire me to try new dishes. Thank you Lisa and best wishes to you and your lovely family.
Love watching you cook Lisa, you inspire me . I am newly married and am on a mission to teach myself how to cook better. I’ve been cooking for about 3 years so far and I have a lot to learn. It’s really helpful to watch these videos so I will have the ability to feed my family food they will love. 💕
Lisa, I have six kids going on seven too and I just bought the gowise 14 quart pressure cooker. It is a game-changer! It's amazing how much more I can do then with the old six quart instant pot.
My daughter bought me a 12 quart instant pot as a Christmas gift….now I can double soups etc and freeze half because my other daughter bought me 10 freezer bowls for soups etc and 14 various sized square freezer containers for prepping…… Today I’m cooking dinner on my wood stove from various freezer prepped items …so great to put a stew in a pot and let it simmer all day…..
That moment at 2:20 when you cut the butter with a huge knife, one child in your belly, one in your arms 😍😍😍 that was sheer beauty. Motherhood turned into art
Well, I think you look great, I’ve never seen you in pink! Wow, that cookbook looks amazing, especially after viewing all the preparation of the yummy food. I wish you would think about having it actually made into a cookbook we could purchase, all 4 seasons. Thanks so much for sharing everything you do!
Lisa-I love your videos and life style. I’ve been following you for years. When I was younger, I cooked like this for my husband. I just recently stopped a few years ago. I’m 58. Something had to go, so I could keep up with everything else. Now, we just have a piece of animal protein, a frozen vegetable, and a whole grain with olive oil. That’s it. I cook the grains in advance as well as the protein. Now that hibernation season is coming, I may just make one of your delicious and nutritious meals. So hearty and warming. God bless you and your family with health and love and peace.
Ya'll the fall meal plan is amazing! I have made several recipes and all have been delicious. Currently loving the creamy chicken and wild rice soup, so good! Love that the grocery list is already made, so you have all the things you need each week to make all of the recipes...thanks so much for creating this!
I live in Milano and I use to do tacos once a week because I'm Mexican and my son love it, tacos is like pasta because are so versatile you can do with everything.
All of these look amazing Lisa! I am definitely going to try the Einkorn cornbread...along with all the other delicious things ;-) Thank you so much for always sharing such beautiful inspiration
I can’t wait to try these meals! You can make broth and chicken at the same time with your whole frozen chicken. If you want it to gel just do 90mins on manual pressure setting! Fill to the max with water and your ingredients for broth. Boom! Cooked chicken and bone broth in one go!
Hi Lisa - do you mind sharing information on your kitchen countertop? Is it quartz? What color? Pros and cons? I’m thinking about changing my counter so was just wondering. You are SO talented! I’ve learned so much from you!
Lisa I watched your blogs all the time I found them so amazing but lately all see is meals prepare or for the week, I think is fantastic. Are you going to stay with just that?or are you going back to home decor etc..?
The food looks absolutely delicious!!!....does your husband lovingly tease you about being " barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen"??....you glow when your pregnant!!!....just wanted to give you a "shot" of encouragement from one mom to another!!!!....
I bet they eat homemade Italian dishes at least once a week😏I’m pretty sure she has jars of her very own Italian pasta sauce she made from scratch in her pantry!
Lisa I’m a young homesteading homeschooling mom who cooks everything from scratch, so like you do. You are SUCH an inspiration and motivation to me, and I wish you could know how you bless and enrich my life! You are awesome and I love all you do. Thank you!!
I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. I am envious of your beautiful unpasteurized milk/cream. (Impossible to find in today’s market). You must try making clotted cream to serve with scones and jam, great for breakfast or certainly afternoon tea …if my dear you ever find the time for afternoon tea! Blessings to you and your family 🙏💕🍁
Sometimes it’s harder to have one baby than it is to have more. I have 4, about to be 5, and my older kiddos are so helpful! It’s a relief to have others to help share the load and not have to carry it all on my shoulders. I say this to encourage you, not in any way to finish what Lisa does… she’s amazing no matter how you look at it! 🥰
Hi Lisa, I never ever commented on RU-vid. But now i think it's time! I reallly enjoy your videos of you and your family and the life you live. It reminds me of me and my childhood. I grew up on a little milk-cow farm in Austria so i really also appreciate the flavour and benefits of raw milk😉 but i had no experiance with sourdough starter...until now! Sourdough pizza crust. It is delicious. Thank you for that! Greetings from Austria
Mom of 5 here. What isn’t playing is the kids in the background and all the random parenting while cooking! Haha! Not in a bad way, just a real life way. I’m sure she would agree
What an amazing price on that meal plan! I’m going to buy it when I get back from vacation :) thank you for all your healthy from scratch meal inspiration
I’m just amazed when I watch your videos like this…I would like to see some day in the life videos…I don’t know how you have time for this cooking (how much time are you spending in the kitchen for these meals?) farming, homeschooling, etc…I would love to see how you get all of this done!!! Your food looks delicious!
i spend lots of time in the kitchen - luckily for me cooking is my favorite hobby! my husband & i tag team all of the farm/homesteading + homeschool work
We are now a family of only two. I have a friend who is chronically ill. It is hard to cook for 2, so I cook a couple of times a week for 4 😂. I am very conscious of making my shared meals as healthy and “whole” as possible, so your input is very helpful 👍🏻
That does it! I want to move in with you’ll! I adore every recipe you’ve made...every single one! You add color even to dishes that don’t really call for it! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again...you’re WONDERFUL WOMAN!!!! 🍁🧡🍁
Everything looks so delicious. Fall is here and I am getting the cozy home cooking mood going on! These recipes sound absolutely delicious and look beautiful and that is half of the goodness! Thank you so much for all you do. Blessings
Just made pea soup tonight , carrots, red onion, slices of luncheon meat ham cut up and browned in butter in the skillet....adding that to Progresso Split Pea Soup,(1 can per 2 adults) that I used my old fashioned potato masher on to cream the peas.....(do not have one of the new hand held quick blender I see you use ) along with enough milk to keep it creamy, but not runny. and also toasted bread, ....buttered it, .....sliced cheddar cheese to fit the top of each slice...., put foil on my broiler, and with cheese side up on one slice of toasted bread per person ( because at our age ...almost 80 and 78.....we don't need extra calories) ...melted the cheese bread....watch closely so as not to burn it, then put it on cast iron griddle pan, cheese side up for a few minutes to toast bread side again because it gets a little limp so to speak under the broiler...sprinkle "a little" sugar...and I mean a little on top of the cheese...... fantastic!
Love your meal ideas! I wanted to tell you that your roast tacos are essentially barbacoa! That would be a great recipe to develop for your blog. ❤️ Blessings to you and your family!
If you put a damp paper towel or cloth under your cutting board, it won’t slide around. I worry every time I watch you cutting food on your board that you will slip and cut yourself! Wishing you an easy baby delivery!
I am so loving your videos! Love your busy energized personality, inspiring recipes and love seeing the kiddos digging into the food you have made with love!
Oh my goodness Lisa you are so amazing! All of these look sooo good and make me feel so happy inside. Haha! Going to be trying all of these. Thanks for another inspirational video. ❤️❤️
When I see a new Farmhouse on Boone cooking video, I go ahead and hit the LIKE button before I ever even startup the video! Lisa's food always looks so delicious, I can almost smell it. Thanks again Lisa for another great video.
Would you consider adopting a nearly forty year old woman? 😅 Your home seems like heaven on Earth. You truly embody God’s love and plan for us. Bless you
