Obviously you are confused what to choose between classics and fantasy, here is my way of buying books : I put a monthly plan for buying books for example a month of adults and depending on the date of the day I buy books, first one, second two, third three and so on, so at the end of the month I will have a big bookshelves in my home and I choose every month a genre and stick to it. At the end of the year you will find yourself having a big bookshelves and more books. Then when I finish the genres that I stick to it I came back next year to refill the missing and new books. I know maybe that seems weird and expensive to do but I am saving all my money for this target. I know also maybe you could not stick to the plan depending on the money that you have but it's OK, building a huge library at your home takes a lot of time but I am enjoying every moment of it. By the way I am an author like you too.
