400 sq/ft? I swear we take a lot for granted in Atlanta cuz my 3700 sq/ feet seems small! NYers really maximize space and incorporate style so effectively. Nice job Gloria!
Wow!I’ve never been in 3700 sq feet. I grew up in what was maybe 1800 sq feet. Then lived below low 1000 sq feet for 25 + years. My favorite condo was 750 sq feet. Two beds 1 bath. I lived there a very long time. Now I’m in 1350 sq feet and honestly it’s too much. I would not have the slightest idea what to do with anything over 2000 sq ft.
Grew up in a flat that had a very beautiful roof top 🌺💕❤️💕🌺👍I love a windy rooftop, what a beautiful experience, she needs good company of friends to enjoy it.
Love everything about this episode: the gracious and upbeat girl; the Zen apartment that she managed to make look spacious (despite the small footprint); and the enthusiasm of the host.
@Elizabeth Lived in NYC for 30 years and know this area well. I'm estimating her studio apt cost $2,600-$3,200 per month... . Due to the recent construction, nice floors/windows, quality bathroom and view she is paying a hefty price. nothing is cheapin nyc anymore, not even studio apts in old buildings!
Everybody says FB MarketPlace rocks, but NOT here in podunk mid-America. I live in a town that thinks it’s a city, but really IS NOT. There is rarely anything cool or unique up on FBM- just country decor that is vomitrocious
Congrats ! I started right before Covid when the recession hit.I held those stocks and made a killing. I bought dividend stocks and made a lot during Covid.
I’m convinced that the big investors and analysts are trying to scare us to keep us poor and ignorant to the market…because its steady doing good after all the jobless and market crash talks
Love her regional Latina accent! Go Chica! It's so smart to combine found pieces with retail and custom. I loved the serene, thoughtful and finished feel; she didn't have too little and certainly not too much!
❤this is a dream. But I have to comment on the people featured in this series. Very young with very high profile living spaces. My good friend living on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan was making WELL over 6 figures and was sharing with a roommate a train wreck of an apartment. 2 rooms, kitchen, bath for $3500. 😮 How are these spaces afforded?
This girl needs her own design company for ppl on a budget that still want this calm, quiet, soothing, Zen vibe but don’t have thousands to blow on decor. She did a PHENOMENAL job of creating defined spaces in basically one big square. It had great bones and a quality build which totally helped set the stage. I’m afraid to ask, but how much rent does she pay? Are there HOA/Condo fees?
Loved the kitchen and the neutral tones. I also use a touch of fake plants to complement the real ones. I am just starting my channel talking about townhouses. This video is very inspiring.
It's metro city living. I'm certain folks in suburbs or outskirts of NYC have dedicated rooms for offices but also, most people living in Manhattan or Brooklyn (or perhaps even L.I.C.) wouldn't make that trade.
This apartment is the biggest 400 Sq ft I've ever seen. The "bones" of the place really help. It's very well configured and this woman has the taste to make it a prefect haven of style and comfort.
That is a great studio apartment & that woman has great style. A neutral and monotone pallet using texture (linen) just works fabulously. I got a lot of ideas from this episode.
Thanks 👍💕💕💕 listed, I like your program , your vibe as you call it, the energy n life in your voice n laughter makes my day ! Now this studio apartment style has touched me , she said something like make your home feel like where you want to be ! Oooh ! The Beautiful framed mirrors 🌹🌹🌹the white linen curtains, wow 😳❤️💕🌹 the bed, the bedroom chair ! The changing color of lights !
I'd really love to see how poor people manage to create lovely spaces for themselves, not with floor to ceiling windows, custom made sofas, and rooftop balconies, but in basement suites, with trash-found pieces, and do-it-yourself ingenuity. That's an accomplishment I could really respect and appreciate. I did it myself for decades. Many of my friends still do. How about an elderly person in a small space? How about a disabled person on a fixed income who's managed to make her space accessible? These would be of great interest. Another 20-something with excess cash in an open, airy space? Nice, but less impressive. Less interesting.
@@urbanflight820 I'd love that. We who are or have been poor know so many cool ways to make a rough, tiny space feel like a real home. That's so much more impressive than rich kids creating "gallery walls," getting their daddies to built nice cupboards, and stacking their books sideways so no-one can actually get at them without causing an avalanche.
I’m praying to get a cozy 500sq apartment with a decent amount space. Honestly as long as it has a real fridge and stove I’ll be happy. This place is beautiful
I love all these tiny space apartments on Listed. I wish I had one (especially this one with the magnificent view). Mind you I have a newly built home which is pretty a-ok too!! Love coming here for styling and decorating inspiration!
