YES. I love this house. I have been looking for a lovely wrap around porch like this! Just would need a bathroom for each bedroom please. I like that the house is set on a high foundation so the small stairs going up to the porch are perfect. What is the cost and where do you build? A perfect home for me and my husband. Love that the garage is NOT in front. An attached garage for two cars would be needed - in the back.

@frostyfrances4700 Alot of modern houses in my area don't have separate entry ways. Usually just walk straight into the living room. I absolutely hate them.

Huge fan of closed kitchen versus open concept found in most home designs today. Practical kitchen, proper hood. Personally would stretch design 5 ft both ways. Move laundry into bath, giving you a mud room with pantry, chest freezer, utility closet. Squeeze in 1/2 bathroom. Expand bedrooms for desk/work table, safe and reading nook in master.

I like these designs. However, houses need 2 baths, maybe also an additional 1/2 bath. The porches need to be deeper. Cheaper gathering space with room for furniture and walking space-rather than your current obstacle course.

A few things I don’t care for, when you come into the front door, it looks directly into a bathroom, so a big no with that, I would rather have a master bath as well , and I don’t like kitchen cabinets that don’t go all the way to the ceiling. It definitely needs a decent garage as there’s not a lot of indoor storage space. The second bedroom would not have adequate storage in those cabinets. Otherwise, it had a very cozy vibe.

I love love love this design. I look at your designs almost every day and this is the best one I have seen yet. The kitchen is perfect for me, not only for the size but because you added space for the dishwasher which is a must for me. Lol. There’s a lot of storage throughout, which I love. I especially love the shelving in the master closet. One of your best. good job.

Glad to see a closed off kitchen. So tired of seeing kitchens that are open to the living room. And a laundry room/mud room is an absolute must - just about the most important room in the house. I'd give up the walk-in closet and half the space in the master bedroom to enlarge that laundry room. Add a half-bath off the hall and this is IT.

Nice cottage.And it's a big plus that you have an entryway. You're not stumbling directly into an undersized living room. Unfortunately, the decor is dated, and that detracts from the charm of the house.

Nice design. I don't think a dining table in the kitchen isn't practical for most. It's likely that dishes are still in the sink, there needs to be a separate area or room. Also, the closest space in the primary bedroom is too small.
