And lots more walks please. What a beautiful waterway you have and the colours changing. We love the archipelago and fascinated by it and I follow what people are wearing on the street in Stockholm and love the architecture so don't discount your lovely area. The Vasa is spectacular and the cafe with the pontoon on the water. Coffee there would be great for filming. Love the way of life and respect there.

I haven't slept well for years but also drink a lot of coffee to function during the day. The caffeine then keeps me extra alert and disrupts my sleep. And the cycle continues...

I love my wind down time at night too and it goes so fast so trying to get into bed earlier after settling my dog and then love crosswords so do a few of those before sleep.

Seeing more of the house and your new life is so inspiring for women and like my daughter on her own with a 3 and 8 year old. Support comes from family and friends and work and you are in control of your own life now. I did it and now have my own home and not answerable to anyone. It is the best. Both my daughters rent and are also wary of men and the problems they bring so we try to support one another. Baking is fun too and pumpkin soup and all that stuff you can do with children like taking them to exhibits etc. Christmas is coming and a large tree in that house will be lovely.

You look better without spray tan and have lovely skin. Pale is interesting but also beautiful and fake tan is ugly. English roses are lovely too - we do not live in Spain!! We should celebrate our beautiful European skin. Swedes are beautiful and blonde hair etc.

I had an Apple Watch for years but have gone back to analogue. I used it for swimming but it only tells you what you already know. Tracking everything causes stress which in turn is not conducive to sleep.
