It's freezing outside in Oslo now, so besides Mochi's walks today, we just stay indoors. I do a bit reading, cleaning, and bake a raspberry galette. A homebody's idea of a perfect day!

I am retired but some weeks I have to get out everyday (appointments, etc}. When I do get to stay at home all day it is the best feeling. I've gotten a lot of decluttering done (still a lot more to do), which makes it so much nicer. This is one of those videos that is so relaxing, I love seeing Mochi and it makes me feel so much better. Thank you
Wow! You certainly have some very nifty ways of doing things! Your no kneed bread, easy egg rolls and now this very clever way of rolling pastry! I no longer eat bread or baked goodies, but definitely would have tried your methods if I were still doing so. The shoe tray is an excellent idea - I’ve never seen that before and you cleaned it up so nicely! That raspberry tart looked so yummy! And loyal, loving little Mochi was once again taking it all in so attentively. Another very enjoyable Vlog.
Mochi and Dads . I love hearing Mochi's tapping toes🐾. So cute. How wonderful it must be to turn on your faucet and actually drink and use the water for cooking. I've been trying to bring myself up to date by watching your older videos, one thing I've noticed is you're quite like I am. There's a whole lot of going on in my head as an over thinker but I rarely talk. My husband on the other hand was a talker and an amazing one too. There was nothing he couldn't talk about. Galette looks delicious.
I LOVE the sound of Mochi's tapping toes too. It really makes me happy . Especially in the mornings when she walks towards me and joins me on the sofa. ❤️🐶

Perhaps you would like to try making these introvert pancakes. 2 ripe bananas 1 cup rolled oats 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Blend all in processor Cook as per normal pancakes Please delete if inappropriate Hope you like them. ⚘️⚘️

Thank you! That spoon was actually left behind by the previous owner of the apartment, so I’m can’t say exactly where it’s from- but I think it may be from IKEA. Good luck! 💖
