Well now I’m much more excited about Starling House! I thought about reading it in October but kept hearing very middling reviews. But anything that gives TRC vibes I’m in!

I thought I, as a German, drink (too much) strong coffee. We like our coffee. But then I became friends with Finnish people and went there and ... wow. My coffee is not that strong after all and the amount I drink is not that much, in comparison. I don't have experience with Swedish coffee habits, but I would guess it is not that different. So I definitely see your point and I would have stumbled over this, too 😁 Also, watching the video made me quite hungry. Did not expect to watch cozy cooking but it was very nice and looked so tasty!
I truly don’t know why the author thought they don’t drink strong coffee and also didn’t bother to confirm like this isn’t a widely held misconception 😂
Any idea when the live with Mara will be? Continuing your streak of unpredictability, I’m surprised you didn’t like Ninth Rain, but really enjoyed Starling House. Was also surprised to learn during the live that you’re a Cavill!Geralt truther - definitely feels like a minority opinion!
couldn't the coffee comment have meant to be something like an extreme exaggeration? like: "she made such strong coffee, that she even regarded the coffee by scandinavians, who are known for their strong coffee, as weak"?
