My cozy evening routine helps me incorporate relaxation and self-care into my daily life. Today, I’m sharing the healthy habits I like to regularly incorporate into my nights to wind down and prepare myself for the next day physically, mentally, and emotionally. ☕️🕯✨

The Chosen is the only show I have ever watched that made me feel peaceful, inspired, and has left me feeling content instead of upset that I spent that time on the TV. I’m not big on TV in general, but I have rewatched what is out of The Chosen 3 times! It sparks conversation and intrigue between my husband and I. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

My fiancée and I absolutely love The Chosen! The first 2 episodes of season three came out on my birthday in November and I got to go see it with him that day in theaters. It's an amazing show and I always highly recommend it 👌

I love your evening routine. That recipe sounds delightful. So happy you're enjoying the Chosen. My husband and I are on the 3rd season too and really have been enjoying it too! :) I'm trying to work on fine tuning my evening routine more. I love the idea of adding a walk after work to break up the work from the rest. I like that. Thanks for this video!

Dimming the lights after dinner and stopping the use of electronics about an hour before sleep is helpful. Another great tip is going for a 15 min walk after dinner.

Your homemade dinner looks delicious! On weeknights I usually sous vide a chicken breast or something, for a quick and easy dinner. It’s a nice idea to make a special luxurious dinner sometimes though, even on a weeknight to make it seem more special!

Hi Ashlynne, hope you are well. I always have a jigsaw puzzle in progress and I make sure I do at least 30 minutes of it each night. We alre also enjoying watching old horror films on RU-vid. We snuggle under the throw and have lots of fairy and small neon lights on, as well as a nice essential oil in a burner. I love winter! Have a great weekend. 😁

I'm actually trying to figure that out because I want an evening routine, but I work late, sometimes not getting home until 11 pm and then up at 6am to start my day over again. Usually, though, I shower and drink tea. If these 2 things happen, I consider it successful.

Dinner, kiddos get a bath, then we read a story and watch Bluey as a family. Then kids get to bed and I take a shower while my hubby plays a game. Keep in mind, this is the blueprint, but it doesn't always happen this way. 🤣

My evening routine is really simple : a walk or a run, a good homemade meal, an episod of a serie and reading. I sleep early, so evenings are shorts for me :(
