To enjoy a cozy fall day, I start by lighting a candle and drinking coffee out in the breezeway. Then I go outside put "autumn jazz radio" on pandora and rake leaves, feel the warm-yet-crisp breeze, maybe do a little work on some of my props for our halloween yard display.Take a walk with my children and notice the ways in which nature is shifting into autumn. Come back home to do some homeschool, read, and do some cleaning and decluttering as I like to use this time for preparation. Clearing the old energy in my home, letting go of things just as the trees are letting go. Then just a bunch of snuggles and maybe over the garden wall 😊

I wish there was a place where its like Fall & Halloween all year round..I would live and die there 😋

I've never heard of Halloween hunting being an actual thing before! I have a deep obsession with Halloween and I do the same thing, looking for anything and everything Halloween wherever I go. I made an adorable DIY bat costume for Halloween last year and while I don't usually wear the same costume twice, I might stick with the bat and make improvements over the years from here on out. Coming up with ideas and DIYing the whole thing is fun but also frustrating 😂
