🍂 Apple & cinnamon baked oats recipe🍂
for the baked oats
-100g porridge oats
-1 tsp baking powder
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1/3 cup oat milk (I used the pumpkin spice flavour!)
-2 eggs
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp nutmeg
mix all ingredients together & blend into a smooth batter, then bake for 25 minutes
for the compote
-1 chopped apple
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp cinnamon
-chopped pecans & raisins
pop ingredients into a pan & stir on the hob for around 15 minuets until the apple is super soft
