3. Once cooked, put the pumpkin in a food processor and add about 2 tablespoons of water.

Pumpkin Cake Recipe🎃:
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
3 large eggs
1 cup oil (i used olive oil)
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree (or homemade puree)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the oil and pumpkin puree. Mix until smooth.
4. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
6. Bake for 40-50minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let the cake cool completely before serving or frosting.

5. Boil until all veggies are soft, then blend until smooth.
6. Stir in coconut milk and seasoning.
