I love this. Growing up, we had a similar wood burning fireplace with a brick wall behind so this is very nostalgic for me. Can’t wait to paint it!❤️

And the colour palette is amazing, with that wonderful green and the ironcast black contrasting with the warm tones and being enhanced by them! The drawing is made according to how I would paint it, I avoid dark lines so the paint can cover the pencil marks. If I made it darker thn I feel like it wont be the exact method that I use to complete this sort of painting..
