BESTIE! from someone who went to culinary school and was yelled at for oil stains on uniforms: baking soda, dish soap, and hydrogen peroxide. mix it to make a paste and scrub into the stain, leave it for at least 15-20 minutes then wash like normal. YES it works for old oil stains too! its a damn miracle

I also appreciate that you mentioned having hobbies and it’s okay to come into them now if you haven’t already. I’ve already been through a phase where I was markup obsessed and that was all the content I consumed. Now I’m back to gaming after soooo many years and I’m enjoying the mental breaks! It helps me prioritize myself. As so many other moms have commented, it’s hard to keep yourself at the forefront of all the care you’re giving to others. I have been that exact person standing in front of the fairy garden stuff in the craft store. I made my stepdad take my daughter there so he would pay and I could restrain myself 😂 we got a little outdoor setting, a wheelbarrow and some mushrooms, to go with the fairy figurines we already had, plus the tiny mailbox my stepdad made because he couldn't find one that would actually fit letters in it (which he writes to my kids "from the fairies" who are called Tiddly and Wink, it's adorable)

You and Maya are so much fun together. I would put that heater right by my knitting chair so my fingers wouldn’t get cold and cramp up. My Shetland Sheepdog would be terrified of it at first because she fears lights, beeps, and shadows, but the warmth will be worth it and she will get used to the new scary thing eventually!

I’m moving to the middle of nowhere to follow my dreams of being a wildlife biologist and educator… which means living in a cabin with no running water or heat/ac in the Midwest. I’ll be freezing my butt off and my poor nasal passages will be bone dry and cracking. The heater/humidifier would be a life saver to have 😍

It’s like you knew I needed a long video bestie! I really appreciate this. Can I just talk about how freaken cute the “I see something cute” sounds y’all make?? So adorable! I do agree with buying something for no other reason than its cuteness making you happy. Also, who’s out here with no hobbies? I definitely have hobbies and so do most of my friends. One of them became a DIY goddess, and another loves drawing. When we were in high school, she wrote a comic series where all of us besties were superheroes! I’ve not heard about this women not having hobbies. Well thank God, lol. I love my hobbies!

ok so I would put the Sothing heater in my BEDROOM becaaauuuse... our apartment has electric baseboard heaters, and while the are ok to use in my office, the ones in our bedroom don't work right!!! So not only does it get SUPER cold in the bedroom (its like 8 degrees F real feel outside as I type this) but it also gets SUPER DRY. Like I wake up with a nosebleed sometimes its so dry!!! Why would I want to run a heater AND a humidifier separately when I could run them together with the Sothing?!? Not to mention the bedroom mood lighting from that thing is cuuuuute

If you use dish soap on your oil stain it takes it out as long as it doesn’t see the dryer first, after you put the dish soap on your stain and scrub it out lightly rinse it out, it’s ok if there is a bit of soap on it wash it then air dry. When it’s dry check to see if your stain is gone, it usually takes one treatment, but just to be sure let it air dry make sure the state is gone if not, treat again with dish soap the same way you did the first time it should clear it up on the second time for sure. Then you can wash and dry normally. Anytime that I’ve treated it a second time the oil stain was always gone.

i would put this heater in my bedroom because the sleep mode sounds divineeee! also i would take it with me to the bathroom while i shower because there’s no worse feeling than getting out of a luxurious hot shower and then stepping into a freezing cold damp room… if you run the heater while you shower it heats everything up and it’s like a spa at home!! 🧖‍♀️🥰

A whole hour!!? ❤ I’ve been binging your channel as I reset my entire home since the beginning of the year. You’ve been such an inspiration for me to really start giving the house I live in the love it deserves and making it a warm cozy comfy nest for myself.
