I'm very very lucky that the shop is only 20 mins from my house. And yes lots of Canadian yarns, Briggs little, Sweet Skein of mine, Yarn indulgences .. so many to chose from. ok just typing about this is making me want to jump in the car and go again. 😂😂 Thank you so much for watching and happy knitting! 🧶🥰

Hi Sophie, I just found you a couple of weeks ago and I think I'm all caught up on all of your episodes. Thank you for showcasing your LYS I'm from Miramichi and I had no idea there was such a beautiful yarn store so close. Because we have no local yarn shops where I live (not counting Walmart), I have to knit with what I can scrounge from the 2nd hand shops. I have a yarn twister so I can make lots of unique yarns and though small in yardage, I've found I can take the free patterns off Ravelry, adjust them to fit my fiber and come up with are really unique project. I almost never knit exactly to pattern. I love the challenge.

Great podcast and lovely yarn store. I will have to check it out. Your sweaters are beautiful. I am knitting my first colorwork sweater and have the same concerns about the fit as I need the larger sizes. Hopefully this sweater will help me figure it out for the future. I just love colorwork sweaters! Looking forward to your next podcast!

G’day Sophie from South Australia. Loved your podcast today, have subscribed and excited for your next episode. ✨ Thankyou for your showing works completed, in progress, what’s planned and the footage of La Villette Yarn store OMG 😱 just beautiful I wanted to be able to zoom into every corner 😂 This may sound really silly but I’m going to say it anyway 😂I wondered if in absolute desperation blocking could kitchen forks be used? maybe with styrofoam sheets (I use them from a fridge we had purchased, ok may not last as long but so far I’ve blocked scarves, baby blankets, shawls) crazy eh but your tip was great thank goodness for mens tool sheds. 👍🏻 Be well 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
