Lamb Chops in Vegetable Soup Recipe
During these winter months, nothing beats a nice hot soup.
Ingredients
1-2kg of lamb neck chops or any meat of your choice
good size piece of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
3 bay leaves
1 large size onion
2 cups or more of chopped celery
2 cups or more of chopped tomatoes
1 kg watercress
1/4 cup of Japanese light Soy Sauce
1 packet of noodles
