CP 7018 and 7019 lead train 243 on the evening of May 20th, 2024. Getting one these ACUs is tough to catch leading but getting two paired together would definitely fall in category of “rare and unusual”. We start the chase on the CP Saint Paul Sub at Little Canada, clouds fortunately broke off in time, letting in a bunch evening sunshine in on this special train. Next will catch the train on the Withrow Sub one last time in sun. Lastly catching the train on the west side of the Medina on the Paynesville Sub as the sun fades away for the day. This has to be one of the top 10 coolest CP trains I’ve seen this year.
