Really appreciate your video -especially that you took the trouble to time stamp so users can go to the part they interested in. I had such a bad night after the first night I was ready to give up. Your section on consistency inspired me to keep trying. Thanks

Thanks so much. I was getting funny noises from my CPAP and couldn’t sleep. I started watching this just because I was awake - and happened across the humidifier setting. I think that’s my problem. Switched back to auto for now🤔😊

Hi . I am a beginner and the doctor prescribed a Resmed Airsense 11 .. I tried it on the auto humidifier and my nose was getting itchy with all that humidity in the nasal mask. I changed the humidity number to 1 from 4.. It stopped my itchy nose situation. I turned off the humidifier and my throat was dry 1 night. So I went back to 1 which was better.

I have used my CPAP for approx 7 years. I have heart problems and was told that it would help my condition. It has become part of my sleeping habit !

Hi Chris, I just started cpap therapy last night. My question has to do with being unable to fall asleep because I hear my own breathing. I feel like I'm over breathing, like deep breathing too much. And I hear myself. What's the best way to deal with it?

Eventually you will get used to it. In the meantime, sound machines are great.

My tubing keeps getting water, getting frustrated. What should I do? Tubing take too long to dry. Please help

Consider a “hurricane cpap dryer”. Or just run the machine for a while each morning after use with no water to dry it out.
