Sir little correction, aapne 15:37, order 21 rule 4 mei rs 200 tak ki suit bol diya but in bareact it is rs 2000.

is that mean high court can't transfer decree for execution to its subordinate court?(RULE9)

Sir, under O21, R-3: if the land is situated within the jurisdiction of two courts, then each court is entitled to attach Or sell the only that part which is within the jurisdiction of that court Or sell or attach the whole property.

Mujhe unless before the determination of such attachment the decree has been transferred to the Court by which the attachment has been made and the decree-holder has applied for an Order for the sale of such property. Eska mtlb ni smjh lga

Yaha par likha h anyone of such court may attach and sell the entire estate and tenure hai to kya ab A court 5 acre land ko attach ya sell kar sakta hai kya plz reply sir

Sir i have doubt in rule 9...why is it mentioned specially separate rule for high court..as in other case it shall de deemed for executing court as if this decree is passed by same court then why it is not supposed to be included in previous rules.

sir agar judgement debtor decree holder to aadha paisa deta hai aur aadhe paise pe interest agar baad me decree holder ne aadha paisa lene se mana kiya, toh kya remaining half money par interest pay karna hoga & payment is made according to rule 1 of order 21? please bataiyen and sir rule 2-A ke clause c mein judgement on admission ho sakta hai or order 14 ke according issue frame hokar trial ke liye jayega? please clarify this also

sir if there is a dispute regarding the amount to be paid in execution, can a court hold inquiry, if so under what provision? would such inquiry be barred under section 47? please reply
