It's simply talked about that if plaintiff fail to do his duty as prescribed under this rule then court made order against him to pay the court fees or other co-palintiff to pay the same as he don't remain a indigent person.

Sir I have 2 doubts regarding rule 11 cl (a) & rule 11A R 11A if indigent person dies then it says that court will recover the court fees from the estate of an indecent person. But as he was an indegent person before death and was declared by court as indegent person then how would his estate come?? As per the definition of indegent person he was not having enough means then how come this estate?? Pls solve my doubt sir.. Thanks

Sry g, order is very clear that when the permission of indigent is withdrawan by court or plaintiff otherwise fails due to reason mentioned under subtitle (a) and (b). Court then can recover the court fees
