In this video, you will learn how to do a critical path method in the most easiest way.
CPM is an important scheduling technique. This method is used when the duration is known or certain.
The steps involved in CPM:
1. Network Diagram
2. Identify the critical path
3. Calculation of Early start time, Early finish time, late start time and late finish time.
4. Calculate the float, free float and independent float.

when finding LFT don't we always take the minimum value? so there are two activities happening there at 6:43 that is 5 to 2 and 4 to 2, 5to2 = 13, but 4to2= 11 and it's lower value so wouldn't we take it?
