Naval Station (NAVSTA) Newport held a combined Chief Petty Officer Pinning Ceremony to welcome 10 new Chiefs on Sept. 13. The ceremony took place in Spruance auditorium, at the U.S. Naval War College (NWC). NWC president, Rear Adm. Walter E. "Ted" Carter delivered remarks as the guest speaker.
