Hello Jack, All of our panels are custom produced. You can contact us at sales@cptpanels.com. We can produce panels that are 9.5' by 32'. The price of the panels is very dependent on volume and the materials chosen to laminate the panels.
The extrusions are only sold as part of panel kits, meaning that you have to purchase the panels to go with them. You can get pricing information at sales@cptpanels.com. There are interior and exterior corner caps available as well.
@@compositepaneltechnologies3801 You guys could sell tons of these connector parts to people who can't afford the high cost (read: markup) of your panel kits. Countless folks want them. I can build my own panel for a small fraction of your prices, so instead of buying *something* from you, now I can buy nothing at all!
@@MastaSquidge @Composite Panel Technologies Often is a wise choice fore companies not to sell bits and bobs to home builders. It takes a lot of time, might not be a money making endeavour. I wish I could find some one in Canada that sells this kind of two piece self clamping corner extrusion
@@jwiereng it's a wise choice in that it forces people to buy their panels. No reason they can't mark the connectors up enough to still profit from the individual sale.
You do know they actually build boxes etc themselves right? You put is square as you build it. Then the glue cures. Not everything is plug and play in the adult world.
Hello Bob, At final instillation, the inner extrusion would also be bonded to the panels. In the initial build we leave this not bonded so that cabinets can be installed without interference, and then the extrusion is bonded in where needed. The screws are not structural. They are just there to self clamp the extrusion while the adhesive cures. The end result is a very strong structural bond. We have been using this same method for over 20 years, to build almost 2,000 slip in service bodies. These units are primarily used as ambulance bodies, that have a roll over certification for allowing passengers to ride in the camper. We have used this same method of attaching panels together in the manufacturing of over 60,000 sleeper cabs for Western Star Trucks. We stand behind this bonding method 100%, and so do our customers.
