Most notable weapon of the day was an air cannon built by CQB City staff to fire tennis balls across the field. The kill radius was 20ft and if it hit a building or structure anyone inside that building was deemed dead.

Game Scenario:
Camo is to capture an insurgent and hold them in the "killhouse" while Insurgents objective is to rescue their POW from the enemy stronghold.

@tacticalmonkey1 Negative. However, it appears to be based off a similar design of any other potato gun launcher with a pressure chamber (holds the air) and a water release valve.

@videomasterXD We call the scenario The Prisoner of Guantanamo Bay. That should explain a little bit on the backwards POW scenario. This time the insurgents must fight there way to get their POW back from CAMO forces.

@RussiaZone no when you come into close quarters you are only allowed a semi automatic pistol. a lot of the action scene in this video took part in the housing structures which makes for a very intense pistol battle. when outside of the buildings full auto is more common because of the ranges outside of the housing structures.

how many mags go you really use per game? you can keep an extra one in your back packet. a belt for mags or I'd even go as far as a vest for mags. but a lot of this stuff they wear just seems a bit impractical. a little to pretend

I can see that, a battle belt can be more than enough. (though with gas blow backs, you ma probably have 10+ mags ready) But as with anything, there's always the human element to consider and that is: people are attracted to style. From a purely practical standpoint, companies could of just made the lightest most mechanically efficient Airsoft gun by sacrificing the authenticity. But as we all know, half of airsoft IS that impression of authenticity whether it's accurate or not.

The gun you referred to makes perfect sense to me. Its like i enjoy the game, the shoot out, hunting real humans. then it crosses into the LARPing world of people playing dress up and pretending.

You can shoot that way so long as you have a high grip near the bore axis with equal contact on all sides of the grip.
