On Thursday, April 22 at 3pm ET Paul Howard from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the Ryan White HIV/AIDS program Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation (CQII) presented the first of a two-part series on Driver Diagrams. Driver Diagrams are used in quality improvement work. It is an in-depth analysis of all the factors that contribute to a problem. While this is considered an advance topic, it is useful for individuals at all states of their QI journey.
