🌟How to make Crab cakes cooked in the GoSun Go solar oven!

Solar Oven Recipe Ingredients:
8oz crab meat
¼ cup Andy’s fish seasoning breadcrumbs
¼ cup Sir Kensington’s Classic Mayonnaise
Juice 1 lemon
2 crushed garlic cloves
Weak Knees Sriracha
Arugula
Chives chopped
Tomato
Salt & Pepper
Pkt St. Pierre Brioche slider buns
Steps:
In a large bowl, add the crabmeat, breadcrumbs (to your taste), mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, chives and salt + pepper. Combine and adjust to your taste. At your peril, add a few squeezes of Weak Knees sriracha to suit your fear level! Transfer to the GoSun GO solar oven using the two small silicone baking trays. If you don’t have these, the mixture can be added directly to the cooking tray. Place the GoSun GO oven into the sun and cook for around 20 minutes or until some browning is visible. Serve on St. Pierre brioche slider buns with (optional) extra mayonnaise and sriracha adding a slice of tomato and arugula.
TIP: If you’re cutting back on bread and want more filling, carefully remove some of the bread to leave a cavity while not destroying the outer bun . . . nobody wants to be totally bunless! Enjoy :)
