You will find yourself catching and cooking mud crabs, fishing in the Tweed, hand feeding wild pelicans, pumping for yabbies (fresh water crayfish), visiting Birds Bay Oyster Farm cafe and savouring delicious fresh seafood all in an authentic Australian outdoor experience.
Choose your lunch option from the Seafood Basket, Seafood Platter or Premium Crab Oyster Platter. The Seafood Basket includes two portions of fresh, A-grade mud crab. The Seafood Platter includes half an A-grade fresh mud crab and the Premium Crab Oyster Platter includes a full crab and oysters.
