Nice. That one crab was huge. Have you ever tried any of the Coneka sausage. Here in SC we love to grill it and add some BBQ sauce to it. But I bet it would be really good in a boil.

That takes me back when I was a young Sergeant stationed at Ft. Polk, LA. The vittles were phenomenal, pulled out of the water, off the land and air. We would have turned that gator into nuggets and enjoyed it.

Have you seen how ppl on the west coast cast out small cages with snares on them with their fishing poles? I've watched a lot of Florida crabbing uploads (which is how I found your channel) and I've never seen anyone use that technique.

Nice crabs Mike. Gators are there to remind us we aren't in charge of this earth. It's pretty plain to see that gator had been fed by people before. Grrr! No Offense, but thats the first time in my life that I've seen or heard of someone cleaning a Crab, particularly before cooking(especially a blue crab) and Im almost 50 years old.... , I must say its pretty interesting, but I would worry about the meat being exposed to the boil with out the top shell
