My question is.. they say you should not put the coil aluminum right against treated lumber, so do you put the Kelly Block it in between that to avoid the oxidation problems etc.?? Is there a reason why you are using crusher that needs compacted rather then clean stone that doesn't...? I'm from PA and we never use anything but clean stone under concrete. Thanks, love the channel!
Either works just fine. I like using the crusher so when I compact it gets nice and flat. I lay insulation with a vapor barrier down so it’s nice if there are no jagged edges.
Building in the south is never flat. You are hard pressed to find a flat piece of land. Would it be worth the cost to have a dozer come in and cut your site truly as flat as possible?
