Hey Mikey. Long time storage unit buyers say always keep the empty boxes until you're done because often the items are somewhere else in the unit and they sell for more $$ if you have the original box. Just FYI. And I have heard that some managers will take things before they sell the unit and all those empty boxes are suspicious

Hey Mikey 👋 that unit looked very suspicious to me, as in too many empty boxes , safe already open, empty game cases, etc. I think that some storage unit owners go through it first. But you have gotten some great things so far!!! Peace ✌️ Love ❤️ and Thrifting 🛒

Yep! I totally smell a rat on that first one. I wouldn’t deal with that place again. Or at least talk to day manager, because SOMEONE took that stuff. My guess would be a night worker. I know this is an old video, and too late now, but somewhere that was on security video once upon a time.

Brutal !!!! I don’t think the owner wanted to abandon this store. Her husband in jail and she got paid tomorrow. And they sell her storage to you. Very brutal. So many good stuffs in store and still can be played. Brutal treatments of the storage. Poor lady who waited her paid check to pay her husband storage tomorrow

Mighty Beanz are an Australian game that flowed over to the US. They fizzled out pretty quick. They are long haul, (years) so I picked out the most valuable and threw the rest away. If I remember correctly there is a limited edition star wars bean to look out for.

Mikey, several of your viewers keep telling you to wear gloves and keep a box in your car so here is some motivation. I don't buy many storage lockers but I did get one in the 90's with a small amount of a white powder substance in a small amber bottle found in a stand up jewelry box along with several dirty razor blades. If it was cocaine then that can be absorbed through the skin with minor but significant exposure.

Mikey, I want another guy that picks and buy units. In Virginia and him and his wife spent the regrand on one. That had all the juicy boxes in it. Peter manager, every box was empty, he contacted a lawyer. There was nothing they could do to prove. If it was the people or the unit owners is it took everything and left empty boxes? Some of them can be sold in some canned.😊😊😊😊😊

I've watched a lot of storage unit videos, and empty boxes are common. People keep the stuff and store the boxes. Honestly not surprised the photos were fakes. Everything else real was probably never in there in the first place; why would those be?

I paid $120 plus fees for the unit. I did not do a good job showcasing it but 2 of the same item sold for $200 each on eBay pretty quickly. I also made a whopping $10 in scrap metal but hey that paid for me lunch that day! Thanks for watching and have a great week❤️

Let's not fool ourselves...either the galfriend came and emptied everything of value into garbage bags and boogied, leaving guyfriend rotting in jail, or the storage unit owners went thru and bagged everything they could. Otherwise, those items would still be in their original boxes (if it is an honest storage unit company). I think they should not be able to sell the units unless the owners have completely quit them and surrendered their keys. Or, locks should be changed upon sale of the units, to prevent this from happening. Why would anyone store those empty boxes, when collectibles are worth more in their original boxes? Nope, somebody's not being honest. Ask around to other buyers to see if they've had sketchy experiences with this storage company. You don't need to waste time and energy with criminals.
