Had a little drop this morning and was trying to figure out is it screen protector or the screen itself. The crack finishes on a edge and the crack itself is so invisible, a naked eye with no flashlight wouldn't see it at all. Your thoughts? Heya, so I just realized i have minor cracks on my protector it starts on the edge of my protector (about two cracks one small and one quite mid large) then, when I try to view it at an angle I can see the shadow of the crack on the screen underneath. So does that mean the crack didn't penetrate my phone screen? Is the crack just on the protector itself?

When I turn on the display of mobile phone I can see a very very slim line of seven colours (only when I notice the screen very closely) on turning off the display I can see a slim cracked line on my tempered glass ! My phone fell, not from a very high distance and slid on rough tiles. I can see some marks that I can feel when I run my nails on the surface but there are few that I can’t feel and some of these marks are not very visible, I have to go under bright light to see them well. But there is no crack on the edge of the phone and the the screen protector. Do you think these marks are cracks ?

I dropped my phone(samsung) pretty hard. When i tried to peel the broken screen guard, the screen started to move along with it too. I went to a local store to ask them to replace the protector but they said if protector is removed the original screen will be affected by it too as the impact was pretty hard. Although my phone is wokring fine with all the cracks, im scared that it might go bad soon. Is it possible to change the protector without damaging the original screen? Around a year and a half ago my grandma got mad and threw whatever she had in her hand at the time across the living room. That would be her tablet. I picked it up and looked at it and was like: You cracked it. Like badly. The spiderweb kind. She's like bullshit and I let her look at it and she immediately said that the screen was cracked and put it aside. She's like: it'll cost more than it's worth to fix it so I'll just use it as is. Nope. You threw it, you no longer get to have it. I also mentioned it was most likely the protector that was cracked because of a couple pieces chipped off of the protector. She's like you don't know what you're talking about it's the screen Now seeing this video, I'm like 90% sure (originally like 65%) that it's the protector. It's actually fit pretty well so it's hard to check the edges but once in awhile I'll lift up an edge to to try to see if the screen is cracked under the protector but I can't really tell (the protector is like really badly cracked in a few places) 2 reasons I don't take the protector off: 1. I'm afraid the screen could be cracked a small bit somewhere and I don't have a new protector to put on if so 2. She forbade me from taking it off even though it's basically mine now
