Radiculopathy? Not in this case. The referral pain pattern is just the path of her rib. The inflammation around the lateral aspect was relatively low, which is common. And it was the costovertebral articulation that came in as our primary target.
Or was it the costosternal articulation?
Either way, I took them both out.
But I don't always come out of my contracts with a flawless victory.

In the very least, I hope it wasn't too much of a disturbance that I adjusted the thoracic spine after the neck and pelvis. I know I'm deviating from the comfort zone here.
I did it for one reason, and one reason only... but you have to decide which one it is.
Option 1: Because 11 years of clinical experience has proved that a locked thoracic spine will release better after removing the tension above and below...
Option 2: To prove to all the chiro trolls that we don't necessarily "do the same thing every time regardless of the condition."
