Kerala: You need to register with CEE Kerala. Registration has already closed; they reopened the registration for one week, which also has closed. Keep checking the web site to see if they reopen again. Karnataka: You need to register with KEA. Registration has already closed. But, they will reopen again for about three days. Please keep checking their web site daily.
